Jennifer’s comprehensive understanding of qualitative research comes from her experience working on both the client side and the supplier side since 2000. Her expertise in research design and strategy has led to research partnerships with Panasonic, 3M, Target and Coca-Cola. Jennifer completed the School executive program at Stanford University and has written and spoken widely on the subject of consumer empathy, design research and brand strategy. She has extensive experience in the areas of retail, consumer packaged goods, technology and entertainment.
